We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible on our website and social media platforms. We also understand that sometimes the products you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 15 days in Kuwait to change your mind about any of your purchases from this website or from our social media accounts.
To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received. Our Products Must be Sealed and in a perfectly saleable condition. Items must be returned with the original box.
When we receive the item(s), our returns department confirms that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible. We process most refunds on the same day that they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 15 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors or holidays.

How do I get a refund?
After we have confirmed the return, we will issue you a refund in your bank account.
